(3) The business of re-issuing marriage registration certificate, re-issuing marriage registration and marriage registration of foreign-related, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents and overseas Chinese shall still be handled in accordance with the provisions of the Code for Marriage Registration.

(III) If the parties' habitual residence and the permanent residence of this province belong to the same city, marriage (divorce) registration does not need to provide residence permit, and it is still implemented according to the requirements of "the same city office".

(4) At the time of marriage registration, Yangling District and hancheng city are defined according to the actual administrative divisions approved by the State Council. Yangling District belongs to Xianyang City, and hancheng city belongs to Weinan City.
