Clear the password by forcibly restoring the factory settings. This method will erase the data on your device, so please be careful.

Operating steps:

1. When the phone is turned off and the USB cable is not plugged in, press and hold the sound key and the power key at the same time until the startup logo interface is displayed, and release the power key;

2. Wait for 3 seconds, then release the volume increase button to enter the recovery mode;

3. After entering, select Restore Factory Settings. (Move up and down with the volume key, and confirm with the on/off key).
