If the phone has been operated by someone else, or there are other accounts owned by others, you can switch accounts to solve the problem. The solution is as follows:

1. First, click to open Douyin on the phone. Short video, as shown below.

2. Then in the personal center page, click on the three horizontal bars in the upper right corner to open it, as shown in the figure below.

3. After entering the menu interface, click Settings to open, as shown in the figure below.
