Handan's latest number limit notice is as follows:

1. From July 4, 2022 to September 30, 2022, the tail numbers of motor vehicle number plates were 2 and 7, 3 and 8, 4 and 9, 5 and 0,1and 6 from Monday to Friday respectively.

2. Restricted area in the main urban area of Handan City (including economic and technological development zone): restricted area within the ring road (including the ring road); East Ring Road (Renmin Road to Hanlin Road, including this road), north of Renmin Road (Donghuan Road to Qinhuang Street, including this road), south of Hanlin Road (Donghuan Road to Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway, excluding this road), south of Lian Fang Road (Beijing-Hong Kong-Macao Expressway to Qinhuang Street, including this road) and west of Qinhuang Street (Renmin Road to Lian Fang Road, including this road).

3. Handan's time limit: 7: 00-20: 00. If the license plate number is alphabetic, the last one shall prevail. Foreign license plates are also restricted, and temporary license plates are also restricted.
