How does Xiaomi mobile phone intercept short messages without promotion?

Xiaomi mobile phone promotion SMS can't be turned off, but it can block SMS.

First, open the short message and select Promotion.

Select the message you want to block, and then click the three dots in the upper right corner.

Choose to block harassing text messages.

Then select OK.
