After receiving your report, the report center will ask for the policy number or license plate number. Confirm the name of the insured, ask the time and address of the accident, briefly describe the cause of the accident, the losses of both parties, and whether anyone is injured. According to the case, guide you to report to the traffic police for handling, and the report center will inform the surveyor as soon as possible. After the report is completed, your mobile phone will receive a short message with the report (acceptance) number, appraiser's name and contact number for your convenience. The surveyor will contact you within three minutes after receiving the dispatch, confirm the accident address and tell you how many minutes it will take to arrive. Process: receiving report, dispatching, surveying, determining loss, checking loss, data acceptance, adjustment, checking compensation, closing case and withdrawing money. In the event of a unilateral accident, the insured shall provide a driver's license, driving license, insurance policy, ID card and bank card for the surveyor to take photos, fill out an application for claim settlement, and then invoice the insurance company according to the fixed loss amount (the claim will be settled the next day without invoicing).
