The relevant matters are hereby notified as follows:

First, the theme of the contest: reading classics and feeling growth.

Third, participants: students in compulsory education. It is divided into three groups: A, B and C (group A 1 ~ 3, group B 4 ~ 6 and group C 7 ~ 9).

Group A: The composition requires 200-500 words, and the topics can be "My Story of Learning XXX (Classic Works)", "Mother", "My Classic Enlightenment Teacher" and "Spring Festival in my hometown (Tomb-Sweeping Day, Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, Double Ninth Festival, National Day, etc.). )".

Group B: The composition requires 400-800 words, including my favorite classic works, my beautiful home in my heart, and I love guqin (Weiqi, calligraphy, Chinese painting, martial arts, etc. ), the poems that moved me (words, songs, ancient prose, revolutionary holy land, party member, historical stories, history.

Group C: The composition requires 600 ~ 1000 words, and the topics can be "Red Star Illuminates Life", "A Letter to Confucius", "Not far from the ancients: my favorite historical figure" and "People not far from the road": several reasons why I should be filial to my parents (being grateful to the society, being honest with others, learning to be loyal and forgiving, etc.). ).

All entries can be combined with the theme of this competition. All contestants can make their own illustrations for the entries. Once the entries win prizes, these illustrations can be used as illustrations when the anthology is published.

There is no limit to the number of entries for each contestant, but the winner will only win the highest prize and will not win the prize again.

Written composition submission is not accepted in this competition.

Rules for the evaluation of intransitive verbs: The result of the contest is determined by online voting (weight 5%), SMS voting (weight 15%) and expert evaluation (weight 80%).

All the entries are uploaded to the website, publicly displayed on the Internet after being reviewed, and voting by online and SMS is accepted (see the website description for voting rules). The voting time is from March 15 to June 15.

The provincial prize will be announced before July 15.

1, entry prizes: first prize 10, second prize 20, third prize 30 in each group. For provinces with more than 200,000 entries, each award can be increased by 10 places. The winners will receive certificates and prizes from the Pragmatics Department of the Ministry of Education.

The works that won the first and second prizes are recommended to participate in the national prize selection.

2. Tutor Award: The tutors of the winning works (1) all won the Excellent Tutor Award.

Excellent teachers have obtained certificates issued by the Pragmatics Department of the Ministry of Education.

3. Weaving Award: It will be selected by the Provincial Language Committee according to local organizations.

(2) National awards

1, entry prizes: each group has first prize 10, 20 second prizes, 30 third prizes and 50 excellent prizes. The national first, second and third prize works will be selected into the collection, which will be officially collected and published by the publishing house.

Winners can receive certificates and excellent collections issued by the Pragmatics Department of the Ministry of Education.

3. School Awards: The top 50 schools with winning works (including provincial awards and national awards) and the top 50 schools with participating works won excellent organization awards (the two awards are not repeated).

4. Grand Prize: The contestants who won the first place in each group will be invited by the competition organizing committee to participate in the "China Yong 201National Oral Composition Competition for Primary and Secondary School Students" held in August, and compete for the Grand Prize of the National Composition Competition on the spot.

The grand prize winner will receive the certificate issued by the State Language Committee and the prize provided by the organizing committee of the contest.

Remarks: All schools actively carry out publicity, carefully organize students to participate in the competition according to the requirements of the works under the guidance of teachers, and vigorously mobilize other students to vote through the Internet and SMS. The upload rate of each school should account for 30% of the total number of students in the school. Wuzhong District Education Bureau will also launch an essay contest of "Reading Classics and Feeling Growth" in the whole region. Before May 20, all schools sent their works to the Chinese teaching and research staff of Wuzhong District Teaching and Research Office, with the delivery rate of 5% in primary schools and 3% in junior high schools.
