At the same time, further improve the construction of heating information platform, realize the full coverage of heating information supervision 100% in residential quarters, and effectively improve the level of heating management. 75,000 households use electricity instead of coal, 1.7 million households use gas instead of coal, and the number of "double generation" users in Tangshan will reach 1.54 million in the heating season this winter.

Fuel storage and gas supply guarantee are the basic guarantee of heating. At present, Tangshan 1 1 power plant coal inventory1460,000 tons, the average available days is 26.2 days, exceeding the national requirement of more than 20 days. The coal stocks of four non-unified power generation and heating enterprises in the city are 245,000 tons, and the average available days are 39.6 days. The preparation for heating in all counties (cities, districts) of the city is progressing steadily as planned, and the water injection in the pipe network of heating enterprises has been basically completed, and heating can be provided at any time. In terms of gas source security, it is estimated that the total demand for gas in the city this heating season will be 65.438+0.47 billion cubic meters, including 830 million cubic meters for people's livelihood. At present, the gas supply has been fully implemented, which can meet the gas demand of the whole city and people's livelihood. The six gas storage facilities in the city have a gas storage capacity of 25,600 cubic meters, which can meet the total demand for emergency gas in Tangshan for three days.

In order to ensure heating service, Tangshan Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau urged all counties (cities, districts) to improve emergency plans. Once there is a problem, immediately start the emergency plan, organize manpower and material resources, ensure the first time to repair, restore heating as soon as possible, and resolutely prevent the phenomenon of large-scale shutdown and cooling of the heating pipe network.
