2021 COSL Director Salary

Director candidates and remuneration recommendations of China Oilfield Services Co., Ltd.: Mr. Fang He’s fee for providing services under the service contract is RMB 400,000 per year (before tax). Mr. Chen Quansheng's salary is in accordance with relevant national regulations.

1. Non-executive directors do not receive remuneration from the company.

2. The company will disclose in the company's annual report the remuneration received by the relevant directors from the company during the reporting period.
