How to Restore vivo Cloud Backup

Enter the cloud service app-log in to the vivo account-and you can view the backed-up data and restore it. The method of restoring and saving data to the mobile phone is as follows:

1. Restore the application: log in to the cloud service-Settings-Application-Restore, and select the software you backed up to restore;

2. Restore SMS, call records and system data: log in to the cloud service-Settings-SMS, call records and system data-use the model to restore before clicking;

3. How to back up photos and videos to your mobile phone: log in to the cloud service-photos or videos-click on the data to be saved-click on the screen-download, and view it in file management-cloud service-download after saving.

note:

1. The backed-up double-shot blurred pictures, moving pictures and continuous shooting pictures cannot be downloaded and viewed on the webpage;

2. Other mobile phones can click webcloud.vivo.com.cn to log in to the "Cloud Service" webpage to manage the backed-up data.
