Hello, the transaction password of ABC debit card will be locked if you enter it incorrectly three times a day in various trading channels. The solution is as follows:

1. If you have registered a personal bank account and remembered the correct password, please log in to the bank account, click "My Account → Bank Card Number to Unlock → Password Unlock" in turn, and unlock it according to the prompts;

2. If you are not registered as a personal bank or can't remember the correct password, please ask the cardholder to bring his valid ID card and bank card to unlock or reset the password at any branch of our bank.

Tips: For the safety of your funds and information, please don't tell others your bank account number and password in any way.

If the credit card payment password is entered incorrectly for three consecutive times, it will be locked. You can modify or unlock the payment password by the following steps:

1. Please log in to personal online banking, click "Credit card → Settings → Settings on the right side of password service → Payment password reset", enter the corresponding information according to the page prompts, and click "OK" to modify or unlock it.

2. Please log in to the personal bank and click "Home → Credit Card → Card Manager → Select the card to be modified → Security Management → Password Management" to modify or unlock the payment password.
