Hello, if the verification code appears frequently when sending e-mail, it generally means that your account may have abnormal behaviors such as sending e-mail too frequently or logging in from different places on QQ. It is recommended that you use antivirus software first, and click the "Kill All" button in the "Antivirus" option to detect and remove the virus. Then please log in to QQ Security Center, and select Modify Password in Password Management to change your QQ password.

It is also recommended that you set an independent password for the mailbox. After logging in, click Settings at the top of the page, find account security in the Account tab, click Set Independent Password, enter the same password twice, and the setting is successful.

When Tencent detects that there is no abnormal behavior in your account, you will not be asked to enter the verification code in a few days.
