Can I receive SMS if my mobile phone is in arrears?

The mobile phone is in arrears but can be used normally without stopping. You can receive any short message and any phone call within 24 hours after shutdown, but you can't send short messages and make outgoing calls (except the operator's customer service number and 1 10 alarm phone). After 24 hours of downtime, you can't send and receive SMS at all (you can call the operator's customer service phone number and 1 10 alarm phone number). Generally, it will be automatically cancelled after stopping using it for 3 months.
