The voice playback of QQ chat record failed.

Reason 1: The memory is full, and the received pictures and audio cannot be played or watched.

Solution: Clean up the memory of the mobile phone.

Click Settings → Chat History → Clear Cache.

Reason 2: The QQ version of the mobile phone is low and incompatible with the mobile phone version.

Solution: Replace the latest version and choose the version that is most suitable for the mobile phone.

Click Settings → About QQ and Help → Version Update.

Computer QQ:

Reason: The computer doesn't play the amr audio file without association, but the opening mode becomes compressed file, so every click will be considered as compressed file.

Solution: If there is a player playing audio, just right-click the open mode and select Play.
