Why can't I see it when I intercept SMS?

Not in the right place. You have to go in from the software that intercepts short messages, or from spam messages to see the intercepted short messages. You can't find intercepted messages in an ordinary mailbox. If the intercepted message cannot be found from any of the above places, there is another possibility that the message was not intercepted, but it was not sent or was not sent successfully.
