Vivo mobile phone can't slide down with three fingers. You can check it according to the following methods:

1. Enter the settings of Mobile Phone-Quick Assist/System Management-Super Screen Capture, and confirm whether "Three Finger Slide Screen Capture" is turned on (if there is no switch, it means that this model does not support three finger slide screen capture);

2. Confirm whether the screenshot gesture is correct: you need to slide the screenshot down with three fingers.

3. If the memory of the mobile phone is insufficient, it will lead to screen capture. It is recommended to clean up the cache garbage of mobile phones;

4. Some applications do not support screen capture operation, and other interface tests can be replaced;

5. Go to phone settings-System Management-Backup and Reset-and try to recover or clear all data. (Restoring all settings will not delete data. Please back up important data before clearing it. )
