How to cancel Xiaomi's calling and reading short messages by entering the password?

You can usually go to phone settings > personal > access restrictions, and follow the prompts to cancel the restrictions on calls and text messages.

1. First, we open the system settings of the mobile phone, as shown in the figure. Click the menu in the lower left corner to pop up, and click System Settings, as shown in the figure.

2. After entering the system settings, click Security and Privacy, as shown in the figure.

3. After entering the Security and Privacy page, click Privacy Protection, as shown in the figure.

4. After entering the privacy protection page, click Open Access Restrictions, as shown in the figure.

5. After opening, we need to set a password, as shown in the figure. Enter the password mode once correctly, and click OK, as shown in the figure.

6. Set the password. On the privacy protection page, click Set the application that restricts access, as shown in the figure below.

7. Then, enter the password just set again for verification, as shown in the figure.

8. After entering the restricted access application page, slide down, find the SMS option, and then click Open.
