What if logging in to Smart Alliance shows that the ID card is invalid?

If you have registered before, click Modify Password to find the organization administrator to reset the password verification code. Detailed steps are as follows:

1. First, search for WiseGroup on the computer browser Baidu, and then click Open WiseGroup to establish its official website, as shown in the figure.

2. After opening the WiseGroup official website, click the figure below to forget the password and enter the password reset page.

3. After entering the password reset page, you can see that you need to find an organization administrator to reset the password verification code in advance.

4. The organization administrator logs in to the smart group, clicks the small key icon in the member list, and resets the password verification code.

5. After obtaining the password reset verification code from the administrator, fill in the ID number, new password and password reset verification code correctly, and click Reset Password.
