But you can call Unicom customer service and ask for a refund. Just say that somehow, the phone bill was deducted and you didn't accept any extra services. Ask Unicom to give an explanation and ask for a refund. They will accept it. Anyway, mobile is done like this, and so is my previous cottage opportunity. Good luck!
