College graduates must be the 2022 graduates who have participated in the unified entrance examination of ordinary colleges and universities (including postgraduate training units) and obtained full-time college education or above and corresponding degrees. Four, qualification examination and assessment test

(1) On-site review. (2) Physical fitness test and post adaptability test. According to the National Comprehensive Fire Rescue Team Firefighters Recruitment Physical Fitness Test and Post Adaptability Test Items and Standards (2022) (Annex 4). Physical fitness test shall be scored quantitatively, and the selected items shall not be changed. The single effective score is 1 to 15 (those who fail to achieve effective results will be eliminated), with the highest total score of 40 points (40 points for those who exceed 40 points). Any items that do not meet the "general" standards in the post adaptability test should be eliminated.

(3) Psychological test and interview. The psychological test is conducted by the fireman recruitment psychological investigation system, and the system automatically judges "qualified" or "unqualified". The interview refers to the practice of public recruitment in public institutions, and implements quantitative scoring. The full score is 100, and less than 60 is "unqualified". If one of the psychological tests and interview results is "unqualified", it will not be hired.

(4) physical examination. It will be carried out in the municipal general hospital above 3A designated by the Provincial Firefighter Recruitment Office, and the standards will be implemented with reference to the physical examination standards of applicants (ground staff). Unqualified candidates will not be recruited. Recruiters who have doubts about the results of physical examination and apply for a second interview can be re-examined in designated hospitals with the consent of the Provincial Firefighter Recruitment Office (if they go to a local hospital for a second interview, the results will not be recognized), and the results of physical examination will be subject to the conclusion of the second interview; Items that can affect the examination results by taking drugs or other treatment methods will not be re-examined. Based on the special requirements of the fire rescue profession, those who are assessed as disabled and have serious injury treatment records are not suitable for fire rescue work and will not be employed. Those who deliberately conceal the assessment of disability level and have records of serious injury treatment will be dismissed once they are found in the later stage.

(5) Political assessment. According to the requirements of political assessment of conscription. Focus on assessing the political outlook, religious beliefs, political words and deeds, major experiences, going abroad (territory), rewards and punishments and actual performance of recruits, and check and understand the political situation of their family members and major social relations members. (6) Other matters. During the whole recruitment process, the prevention and control measures of epidemic situation in COVID-19, Gansu Province were strictly implemented. According to the physical fitness test, interview total score, direct employment and priority employment rules of college graduates, retired soldiers and social youth, as well as the comprehensive physical examination, political assessment and post adaptability test, the list of candidates to be hired is determined according to the number of people not exceeding the recruitment plan 130% (specifically determined by the Provincial Firefighters Recruitment Office), and the notice is given on the bulletin board of the recruitment platform and "Gansu Fire Protection". Six, induction training

Training methods

Newly-recruited firefighters take part in the one-year induction training, and adopt the "6+6" training mode, that is, the first six months of basic training and the last six months of pre-job practical training. (B) Training elimination and make-up mechanism

1. Within 3 months of induction training, organize political review and re-examination, physical examination and psychological test. Those who are unqualified will be dismissed.

2. Those who fail to report to the designated place on time after employment, or who leave their jobs within 2 months of induction training, can be re-recorded according to the ranking among the publicity personnel.

3. During the training period, if you don't abide by various rules and regulations, you are mentally unstable, and your comprehensive scores are unqualified for many times in a row. Your body suffers from recessive and chronic diseases (such as lumbar disc herniation, meniscus injury, ligament injury, ankylosing spondylitis, peripheral nerve injury, etc.). These are not directly caused by training, and it is not easy to be found in time during physical examination. You can't adapt to the induction training and management mode of the fire rescue team.

4. If the on-the-job training fails to pass the examination, or there are other situations that are not suitable for fire rescue during the training, the employment will be cancelled.

5. Sign an induction training agreement for those who pass the second interview and the second interview, clarify the rights and obligations of both parties, and go through the employment filing procedures.

6. If you leave your job without justifiable reasons during the induction training, you will be refunded your personal salary, and you will pay back the re-examination fee for medical examination, training meals, etc.

7. Newly hired firefighters shall not resign within 5 years (including the induction training period), and those who leave without justifiable reasons shall not participate in the recruitment of firefighters again, and shall be recorded in the credit records of relevant personnel.

Seven. Career development and safety

Firefighters who have been approved for employment and passed the examination after the expiration of on-the-job training shall be awarded the corresponding title of fire rescue in accordance with the Regulations on the Title of Fire Rescue in People's Republic of China (PRC), which shall be uniformly distributed by the Provincial Fire Rescue Corps and the Forest Fire Brigade within the administrative area of this province. After working for a specified number of years, according to personal ability and quality, actual performance and job vacancy, you can be promoted step by step according to the specified proportion. Excellent firemen are trained in China Fire and Rescue College through individual enrollment, and can be promoted to cadres after graduation. Firefighters with full-time bachelor degree or above can also be directly promoted to cadres through special examinations.

Firefighters should implement policies and systems such as wages and benefits that are consistent with their job rank sequence and conform to the professional characteristics of fire rescue teams.
