How should China Telecom send a message by querying the password of the service?

Hello, if you forget the telecom service password, users can log in to the telecom online business hall to reset it. The method is as follows:

First log in to the online business hall of China Telecom, click Login and enter your mobile phone number, and then click Forgot Password, as shown in the figure below:

After entering, select the first reset service password, and then click Enter.

Then fill in your mobile phone number and the received verification code, and you can reset the new service password.
