1. After successfully submitting the complaint form, Tencent will send the complaint result to the contact email address filled in by the complainant within 72 hours and 24 hours as soon as possible.

2. It only takes 8 hours for members to complain on QQ.

3. After the appeal is passed, the complainant will receive a success prompt email from Tencent, and enter the QQ Security Center to reset the password and confidential information through the appeal QQ number, receipt number and appeal success certificate in the email.
