I. Entry personnel:

Those who enter through the port of our province will receive centralized isolation medical observation for 7 days. After the centralized isolation medical observation is released, the entry personnel whose destination is Fuzhou will continue to be monitored at home for 3 days after picking up the plane at the destination point to point; Entry personnel whose destination is outside Fuzhou shall be returned to the means of transport point by point and shall not stay in Fuzhou.

Nucleic acid detection was carried out at the time of entry and the first 1, second, third, fifth and seventh days of centralized isolation, in which human, material and environmental samples were collected at the same time on the seventh day, and the centralized isolation medical observation could be lifted only if the test results were negative. On the third day of family health monitoring, the nucleic acid test will be carried out, and the test result will be negative before the family health monitoring can be lifted.

Those who have been quarantined in Fujian for seven days and returned to Fuzhou within 10 days after entry still need to carry out home health monitoring until 10 days, and conduct a nucleic acid test before releasing home health monitoring.

Two, high-risk areas into (back) banyan personnel:

The medical observation was isolated for 7 days, and the nucleic acid was detected on the first 1, 2, 3, 5 and 7 days of medical observation. The medical observation could not be terminated until the test results were negative. The management period starts from leaving the risk area.

Three. Personnel entering (returning to) Banyan Tree in the middle risk area:

The medical observation was isolated at home for 7 days, and the nucleic acid test was carried out on the first 1, fourth and seventh days of medical observation, and the medical observation could not be terminated until the test results were negative. Do not meet the conditions of home isolation medical observation, the need for centralized isolation medical observation. The management period starts from leaving the risk area.

Four, high-risk areas where the county (city, district, flag) and other areas (low-risk areas) into (back) Ficus:

Enter (return) the banyan tree with negative nucleic acid certificate within 48 hours, and complete the nucleic acid detection twice within 3 days after entering the banyan tree, and do a good job in health monitoring. Only those whose test results are negative can be released.

Enter (return) fig with negative nucleic acid certificate within 48 hours.

Six, designated hospitals, centralized isolation points, imported cold chain food practitioners and other high-risk positions engaged in closed-loop management:

After work, they should be observed at home or in isolation for 7 days, during which the nucleic acid should be detected at 1, 4 and 7 respectively. Before going out, you should report to the local community, village (neighborhood) committee or unit, you must leave your post for more than 7 days, and travel in an orderly manner with a negative nucleic acid certificate within 48 hours.

Seven, other areas into (back) banyan personnel: health code green code, normal body temperature, under the premise of personal protection can be orderly flow in our city.

All kinds of places should arrange special personnel to carefully check the information such as "code scanning pass" and negative certificate of nucleic acid detection within 24 hours to ensure that every entry must be scanned, every scan must be checked, and no one is missed. If it is not implemented, it is not allowed to start business or operate.

(three) residential areas strictly check the negative certificate of nucleic acid detection of entry-exit personnel within 24 hours.
