According to the Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China:

Sixteenth any unit or individual shall have the following acts:

(1) assembling a motor vehicle without authorization or changing the registered structure, structure or characteristics of a motor vehicle; ?

(2) Changing the model, engine number, frame number or vehicle identification code of a motor vehicle; ?

(3) Forging, altering or using forged or altered motor vehicle registration certificates, number plates, driving licenses, inspection marks and insurance marks; ?

(four) the use of other motor vehicle registration certificate, license plate, driving license, inspection mark, insurance mark.

Article 100 Anyone who drives an assembled motor vehicle or a motor vehicle that meets the scrapping standards on the road shall be confiscated by the traffic administrative department of the public security organ and forcibly scrapped. ?

The Regulations on Motor Vehicle Registration stipulates that:

Article 10? If a registered motor vehicle is under any of the following circumstances, the owner of the motor vehicle shall apply to the vehicle management office at the place of registration for change of registration.

(1) changing the color of the car body; ?

(2) Replace the engine; ?

(3) replace the car body or frame; ?

(4) Replacing the whole vehicle due to quality problems; ?

(five) the nature of the use of operating motor vehicles to non-operating motor vehicles or non-operating motor vehicles to operating motor vehicles has changed; ?
