I. Division of responsibilities

The qualification examination for first-class construction engineers in our province is jointly undertaken by the Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security and the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development. Second, the discipline setting and management

(1) The first-class constructor qualification examination consists of four subjects: construction engineering economics (objective questions), construction engineering regulations and related knowledge (objective questions), construction engineering project management (objective questions) and professional engineering management and practice (subjective and objective mixed questions).

(2) Those who take four exams (with the level of taking the unified exam) must pass all subjects in two consecutive exam years, and those who take two exams (with the level of exemption from exams) must pass the corresponding subjects in 1 exam year before they can obtain the qualification certificate.

(3) Those who take the 1 subject examination (with additional professional level) can register only after obtaining the first-class qualification certificate of construction engineer, and can obtain the certificate of achievement only after passing the examination subjects, which will serve as the basis for increasing the professional category of practice when registering.

Third, the registration time and procedures

This registration adopts the national unified online registration method. Eligible applicants are requested to log on to the website of the National Professional and Technical Personnel Qualification Examination Service Platform () in time and register according to the prescribed procedures.

(2) Registration procedure

1. Candidates register. First time applicants should register in advance. 2. Upload photos. Candidates should upload electronic photos as required when registering online. 4. Qualification verification. Applicants whose identity information and academic degree information are verified online at the time of registration will be automatically verified by the system without manual verification. After verification, they can pay directly.

Applicants whose personal information on the Internet is "unable to verify" or "failed to verify" must conduct manual verification, which can be divided into two ways: online submission verification and on-site submission verification.

(2) Scope of applicable personnel for on-site inspection

VI. Requirements for Registration and Informing Commitment

Eight, other considerations

(1) Candidates enter the examination room with the printed admission ticket and the original ID card (including temporary id card) or social security card within the validity period, and are not allowed to enter the examination room after 5 minutes. (3) The three subjects of "Construction Engineering Economics", "Construction Engineering Regulations and Related Knowledge" and "Construction Engineering Project Management" are objective questions, and they are answered on the answer sheet with 2B pencil.
