First, the appointment exchange schedule

Our bank will make an appointment for Lunar New Year coins from 22: 30 on February 27th to 24: 00 on February 29th, 2022. The public can make an appointment through online channels such as official website, mobile banking and official WeChat official account. First come, first served during the appointment period. Appointment verification period arrangement

According to the verification results of the People's Bank of China, the Bank will send a verification result message to the reserved customers.

During the appointment verification period, citizens who fail to pass the verification of the People's Bank of China can apply for appointment registration at our outlets with the original of the second-generation resident ID card, and will not apply after the deadline.

Citizens who cancel the duplicate reservation record on behalf of others and retain the redemption qualification business must provide the original second-generation resident ID card of the agent and the agent.

Exchange period arrangement

1.5 to 1 1, and 2023 is the exchange period of New Year coins. Customers who have made a successful reservation, please bring the original valid second-generation resident ID card registered in the reservation system to the designated outlets of our bank on the date agreed by me. At the end of the exchange period, the exchange stops and the reservation is invalid.

Second, the appointment verification

According to the regulations of the People's Bank of China, the reservation and exchange of ordinary commemorative coins will adopt a verification mechanism from the issuance of ordinary commemorative coins for the New Year in 2020. The People's Bank of China will record and verify the public's cross-bank repeated reservation information and the information that has not been exchanged after the reservation. If citizens use the same second-generation identity card to make an appointment at two or more banking financial institutions, they will not pass the verification. For details, please refer to Announcement [20 19] No.26 of the People's Bank of China.

Third, matters needing attention

The valid ID card for making an appointment to exchange lucky money must be the original of the second-generation resident ID card. Due to the loss of the original second-generation resident identity card, minors did not apply for the second-generation resident identity card. If you can't produce the original second-generation resident ID card, you can use the household registration book and temporary resident ID card.

During the reservation period, each person can make an appointment to exchange 20 New Year coins.

If citizens need to exchange lucky money for others, they must hold the original valid second-generation resident ID card registered by themselves and their agents, and the number of agents shall not exceed 5.

During the appointment period, the time to modify and cancel the appointment record is from 1 am on the second day after the appointment to the last day of the appointment period.

Reservation information is only used for registration. You can check the reservation result through the original reservation channel from 24: 00 on June 2, 2023. Please enter the correct mobile phone number and keep the mobile phone communication open when making an appointment, so as to receive the SMS notification of the appointment result sent by our bank. All information related to the reservation shall be subject to the records of our computer system; The relevant information for verification shall be subject to the system records of the People's Bank of China.

During the verification period, the local central sub-branch of the People's Bank of China and the above branches will handle the inquiry business of the reservation records of ordinary commemorative coins since 2020 for the public. If the public has any objection to the appointment record, they can hold the original valid second-generation resident ID card used in the appointment registration during the verification period to inquire at the local and above branches of the People's Bank of China, and the inquiry address shall be subject to the announcement of the branches of the People's Bank of China.

Please keep a safe distance of one meter from others when entering the reserved exchange outlets, and obey the on-site command of the outlets.

If epidemic prevention and control allows, all the business outlets of the bank responsible for the appointment exchange of New Year's money will handle foreign exchange business during the exchange period.
