Need. All newcomers must report to the destination unit and community three days in advance, and must hold negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, "health code" green code and "travel card".

According to the Notice of No.23 issued by Xinxiang Epidemic Prevention and Control Headquarters on Adjusting the Measures of Epidemic Prevention and Control of Recruits:

For newcomers who have lived in high-risk areas, counties and closed control areas for less than 7 days, they will be given a red health code and centralized isolation will be implemented 14 days. On 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 10 and 14 days, the nucleic acid was detected once respectively. When the isolation is released, the "double receipt and double inspection" are all negative and the code turns green.

Newcomers with a history of living in the control area and those with a history of living in a county with a local case report but without a middle-high risk area were given a yellow health code, and they were observed at home for 7 days, during which nucleic acid detection was conducted once a day. Those negative people become green codes.

Recruits from other areas were tested for nucleic acid on 1, 3, 5 and 7 days respectively. Please take personal protection after entering your new house. If you feel unwell, please seek medical advice in time. In principle, the appointment system is implemented for nucleic acid testing. Those who have not been tested for more than 7 days will be given yellow code health code.
