Why can’t my mobile phone receive text messages even though I’m not in arrears?

If you cannot send and receive text messages, you can try to restart or change your phone for testing, and check whether the following conditions exist:

2. There is no signal or the mobile phone battery is low;

3. The system is busy due to the peak SMS sending volume during holidays. It is recommended to try again later or avoid the peak sending period;

4. The sending format is incorrect. If you send a text message to a PHS user, you need to add the area code before the number;

5. The mobile phone has blocked the text message sending function;

6. It is included in the text message blacklist;

7. The SMS inbox and sending box are full.
