5. Close contacts of direct contacts of positive imported cold chain or non-cold chain items.

Key people driven by big data

Upload 1 positive nucleic acid test report.

6. Fever clinics, excluding COVID-19.

Upload outpatient medical records and 1 negative nucleic acid test report on the day of treatment.

7. Other personnel who need to be assigned yellow codes according to the provisions of the national, provincial and municipal epidemic prevention and control emergency comprehensive headquarters. If there are clear code conversion rules, they shall be implemented according to the rules. If there are no clear transcoding rules, in principle, 1 negative report of nucleic acid detection should be uploaded.

Red to green

Upload the negative report of the latest 1 nucleic acid test after canceling the "sealed control area management" according to the personnel in the partition managed by the sealed control area.

Other personnel assigned to red team upload relevant materials to apply for transcoding according to the requirements of community workers.
