How can the bus housekeeper get the money back?

1. Open the bus housekeeper and click, and select the order from the following four function options.

2. Select the order to be refunded in the order.

3. Opening this order will show that the ticket was issued successfully.

There will be a refund application at the bottom of this order.

5. If the refund period has not expired, you can click to apply for a refund, and click to confirm the refund in the pop-up prompt.

6. Then the order will show that the refund was successful. You can click to view the refund progress.

7. There is a handling fee for returning money from mobile phones. It shows that the money will be refunded to the original card within 7 working days.
