How to use Lanxin oa

Organization creation, login and management, branch management, video conference.

1. Ensure that the organization has started the blue letter service. The administrator of the unit blue letter organization will send an invitation message to the mobile phone. You can click the download link in the short message content, and then follow the page prompts.

2. Enter the blue letter background login page, switch to the administrator tab, enter the account name and password, and enter the organization management interface.

3. In the background management interface, click the Branch Management tab in the navigation bar. Select the parent branch on the left to create a new branch, and then click the Add button on the right to enter the name and properties of the new branch.

4. Blue Letter supports meeting reservation, joining meetings and initiating meetings. You can open the video conference function of Blue Letter Application Workbench, view the previous meeting records, initiate a new meeting or join an existing meeting.
