1. Open the phone system settings → restore the factory settings.

2. Turn off the phone completely. In the off state: press and hold the volume button+power button at the same time (more than 3 seconds) to enter the recovery mode: press the volume button to select wipe-data/factory, and then press the power button to confirm the operation.
