How to contact the merchant for Alipay offline payment?

1. First of all, you need to go to Alipay my page and find merchant services on my page, as shown in the red label in the figure below.

2. Enter the merchant service background, as shown in the red label position in the figure below, and click the Settings entry in the page to enter.

3. After entering the Alipay merchant settings page, find the online help portal in the page and click Enter, as shown in the red label position in the figure below.

4. After entering the online help portal, slide to the bottom of the page, find the online service portal at the bottom, and then click Enter.

5. Enter the customer service dialogue page, as shown in the red label position in the figure below, and enter the online customer service, waiting for the system to match the corresponding customer service for you.
