What to do when speeding over 20 but not over 50?

The handling of speeding over 20 and below 50 is as follows:

1. Driving a car on roads other than highways and urban express sections over speeding above 20 and below 50 will be given a warning. Or a fine of not less than 20 yuan but not more than 200 yuan and 6 points will be deducted;

2. Driving a car on the expressway or urban expressway over the speed limit of 20 yuan or more but less than 50 yuan will be punished with a warning or 20 yuan. A fine of more than 200 yuan but not more than 200 yuan and 12 points will be recorded.

The road speeding penalty standards are as follows:

1. If the speeding penalty exceeds the prescribed speed by 10 times per hour, there will be no penalty for the time being;

2. The speed limit exceeds the prescribed speed by 10 points per hour. If the speed exceeds 20 but does not reach 30, a fine of 50 yuan will be imposed and 3 points will be recorded;

3. If the speed exceeds 20 but does not reach 30, a fine of 50 yuan will be imposed and 6 points will be recorded;

4. If the speed exceeds the prescribed speed by more than 30 kilometers per hour but does not reach 50, a fine of 200 yuan and 6 points will be imposed;

5. If the speed exceeds the prescribed speed by more than 50 kilometers per hour but does not reach 70, a fine of 1,000 yuan and 12 points will be imposed. The driving license will also be revoked;

6. Anyone who exceeds the prescribed speed of 70 km/h will be fined 2,000 yuan and recorded 12 points, and the driver's license may also be revoked.
