What information does PICC need for auto insurance claim? (1) One (two) power of attorney for claim. The customer must provide a valid accident certificate (the contents indicated in the certificate must be consistent with the actual situation of the vehicle accident). (4) Remarks on the damage assessment sheet: This is a report filled out by the damage assessor after the accident vehicle is damaged, which records the accident form of the vehicle, the specific damaged parts of the vehicle, the maintenance amount of the vehicle, etc. If there is a special agreement (such as the return of the core or the need for a special invoice), it must be done according to the requirements of the insurance company. At the bottom of the loss list, there should be the seal of the insurance company and the signature of the claim adjuster at the place where the insurance company signs. (5) Accident vehicle maintenance invoice Note: Customers must provide two or more special invoices for vehicle maintenance when making claims, and the maintenance amount of the invoices should be the same as that on the loss sheet. The license plate number on the invoice should be the same as that on the proforma invoice. In fact, it is necessary to check whether the car number on the invoice is consistent with the accident car number. In addition, if the amount on the maintenance invoice is higher than the fixed loss amount, it shall be paid according to the fixed loss amount; If the amount on the invoice is lower than the fixed loss amount, it will be paid according to the invoice amount. The invoice must be stamped with the financial seal of the repair shop. If several cars need insurance, you need several maintenance invoices. (6) Repair sheet (bill of materials) corresponding to the lost position of the accident vehicle Note: It should be noted that the stamp of the repair shop on the invoice and the stamp on the bill of materials must be the repair shop, the vehicle number is the same as that of the accident vehicle and the invoice, and whether the time on the bill of materials is after the accident and damage. (7) Driver's license and driving license Note: The driver's license must belong to the driver at the time of the accident, and the driving license must belong to the accident vehicle at the time of the accident. With your assistance, PICC adjusters or their entrusted assessment agencies, technical appraisal agencies and overseas agents go to the scene of the accident to investigate the accident, understand the losses involved, consult and preliminarily collect the evidence and materials related to the nature, causes and losses of the accident, confirm whether the accident belongs to insurance liability, and entrust special technical appraisal departments or scientific research institutions to provide professional technical support when necessary. China People's Insurance Company will instruct you to fill out the notice of danger (claim application) and issue you a notice of claim. 4. Work with you to confirm the loss scope, loss quantity, loss degree, loss amount and other loss contents of the insured property, and the compensation contents of personal injury, rescue and other related expenses, determine the repair methods and expenses of the damaged property, and entrust a qualified third-party loss appraisal and evaluation agency to provide professional technical support when necessary. 5. Please submit all the materials required for the claim according to the contents of the claim notice notified by PICC in writing. PICC will timely review and confirm the authenticity and completeness of the claim materials you submitted. If the claim materials are incomplete, PICC will inform you to supplement the relevant materials in time. If there is any doubt about the authenticity of the application materials, PICC will investigate and verify them in time. 6. In the case that the claim materials submitted by you are true and complete, PICC will accurately calculate the insurance claims and conduct internal audit of claims according to the insurance contract and relevant laws and regulations, and reach a final claim agreement with you. 7.PICC will pay you compensation according to the payment method and insurance contract agreed with you. 8. If an insured accident is caused by damage to the subject matter insured by a third party, please sign the transfer of rights and interests after PICC pays you compensation according to the insurance contract and relevant laws and regulations and assists PICC to recover from the third party. At present, many car owners only choose to buy compulsory insurance.
