What if postal savings and mobile banking forget their passwords?

1. Open the mobile banking client of Postal Savings, and click "Experience Now" at the bottom of the window to enter the home page.

2. On the homepage of Postal Savings Mobile Banking, click the "My" button in the upper right corner of the window to enter the login page.

3. Click the "Forgot Password" button on the mobile banking login page of the Postal Savings Office to enter the SMS verification page.

4. On the SMS verification page of Postal Savings Mobile Banking, enter the mobile phone number, and then click "Get verification code".

5. After the mobile phone receives the verification code, enter the SMS verification page of the Postal Savings Mobile Banking and enter the verification code (within 60 seconds), and then click "Next".

6. Enter the owner's name, ID number and bank card account number on the "Forgotten Password" page of Postal Savings Mobile Banking, and then click "Next".

7. Enter "New Login Password" and "Confirm New Login Password" on the "Reset Password" page of Postal Savings Mobile Banking, and click "Next".

8. After the Postal Savings Mobile Banking successfully resets the login password, click "OK" in the small prompt window to log in to the mobile banking with the new password.

1. Open the Mobile Banking app and click Mobile Banking.

2. Enter the account name and password, enter the following page, and then click Transfer and Remittance.
