Will the petition office inform you when it is finished?

According to the regulations of People's Republic of China (PRC) on letters and visits, after investigating and verifying the letters and visits, the letters and visits department or the relevant authorities shall promptly feed back the investigation results to the petitioners and inform them of the final decision. The notice of closing the case will include the results, reasons and relevant legal basis of the handling of letters and visits.
