After submitting the card application materials for 10 working days (excluding holidays), you can log on to the bank website-Credit Card-Application Progress Inquiry-ID number-or call the bank credit card customer service for consultation.

After receiving the application materials, they will be forwarded to the audit department of the credit card center. It usually takes 10 working days from the receipt of your application materials by the audit department to the completion of the credit card audit. If approved, we will make a card for you within 2 working days, and then send it to you by registered mail according to the billing address.
