How to score mobile customer service

After you call the customer service phone 10086, if you hang up first, there will be a short message from the system later with a satisfactory rating, such as 10, and so on. Just reply "10" directly.

If the customer service calls first, you will hear that the system will automatically transfer the voice score sometimes. Just press 1 2 3 as prompted. Of course, sometimes the customer service will end the call directly after hanging up the phone (that is random in the system), and there will also be scoring text messages.
