Please take personal protection when going out if necessary. Once you have symptoms such as fever, dry cough, stuffy nose, runny nose, fatigue, sore throat, decreased sense of smell, conjunctivitis, myalgia and diarrhea, please report immediately and go to the fever clinic for treatment, and explain the epidemiological history in detail.

Two, in high-risk areas of the county personnel suspended ashore. If it is really necessary to come to Binhai, centralized isolation and home health monitoring will be carried out for 7 days after arrival. Those who arrive within 14 days before the announcement of medium and high risk areas shall be given health management until 14 days after arrival, and nucleic acid detection shall be conducted twice within 3 days before follow-up. They shall not go out or gather after returning to China unless necessary.

Third, people from other counties in prefecture-level cities do not need to come to the medium and high-risk areas in Binhai. If you really need to come to Binhai, you must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and conduct 1 nucleic acid test upon arrival. Those who arrive within/0/4 days before the announcement in high-risk areas shall be tested twice for nucleic acid.

4. Personnel in high-risk positions, such as service providers, isolated places, designated hospitals, fever clinics and cold chain-related enterprises, who come into direct contact with inbound personnel or goods at airports and ports, should try to avoid going ashore. Those who really need to land must meet the requirements of leaving the post 14 days or more and holding negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours, and report to the destination community three days in advance, and are not allowed to go out or gather after returning home.

5. For those with recent travel history, please pay close attention to the information of cases and asymptomatic infection tracks published in epidemic areas and information of high-risk areas. Close contacts, sub-close contacts, people who overlap with the space-time trajectory of positive infected people, people who have been to or passed through high-risk areas, and people who accompany them in the air at the same time should immediately report to communities, hotels and units to cooperate with the implementation of isolated medical observation. Persons who have lived in the land border port cities in the past 14 days, please hold the negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours and conduct nucleic acid test on arrival.

Six, strictly limit the travel to high-risk areas and counties, and do not go to other counties in the prefecture-level city where the high-risk areas are located unless necessary; Personnel in high-risk positions should try to avoid traveling. If you really need to travel, you must meet the requirements of leaving your job 14 days or more and holding a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours, and report to your unit; Fever patients, health code "yellow code" and other personnel should fulfill their personal protection responsibilities, actively cooperate with health monitoring and nucleic acid detection, and do not travel before eliminating the risk of infection.

7. It is suggested to check the latest epidemic prevention and control policies of the destination through the Chinese government website and the State Council client applet in advance before traveling, and prepare enough protective articles such as masks, hand washing disinfectants and disinfection wipes. Actively cooperate with local epidemic prevention and control measures, try to avoid taking public transport and do personal protection on the way.

Eight, holidays do not advocate dinner, party, especially large indoor party activities. The epidemic continues, and the risks are all around us. Please maintain personal protective measures such as "wear a mask, wash your hands frequently, take your temperature frequently, and gather less" to develop good personal hygiene habits. If you have fever, cough, fatigue and other symptoms, go to the fever clinic of the medical institution immediately and try to avoid taking public transport.

Nine, COVID-19 vaccination is the most economical and effective means to prevent COVID-19.
