During the spot check, we encountered some problems and found some problems:

1, fill in the registration form. The class did not participate in the promotion sub-table in the group, but registered to participate in the sub-table; Some classes have participated or submitted to us, but there is no record on the registration form. This has brought great trouble to our verification work, and we can only ask the secretary of the Youth League Committee about it.
