How do white-collar workers in the workplace build their own personal brands?

If white-collar workers in the workplace want to build their own personal brands, I think that on the one hand, they can first find their own benchmark figures, that is, their own role models, and study how they started to build their own personal brands. On the other hand, you can buy some books to study and practice while learning. Let me share some of my experiences in building a personal brand:

(1) Find your own personal positioning. Just like some people have created a personal brand positioning for themselves: hot mom in the workplace, time self-management expert, 2 hours of fitness every day, marketing expert, etc. You can take out a piece of paper, list your own advantages, and then sort them according to your own advantages. First choose 1-2 labels as your personal positioning.

(2) Practice deliberately to build your own hard skills. Many of my friends who work in self-media, some have started practicing writing since they were young, and some have been deeply involved in traditional industries for many years, and all have strong writing skills. If you are ready to build your own personal brand, you must choose a field to delve into based on your own positioning, and continue to practice to become a professional in this field.

(3) Learn to market yourself. How to let others know you, understand you, and trust you, you need to learn marketing yourself. Just like some big names often give speeches to share their opinions, and hold events to promote themselves, so that more people can get to know them.
