The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

1. Sampling Scope

All residents within the jurisdiction of Zhongshan Road Street, Shengli Road Street, and Nanjie Street Street, all residents of Yongda Vocational and Technical College Teachers, students and staff. The above-mentioned personnel need to complete two rounds of nucleic acid testing within the specified time. Please pay close attention to the arrangements for sampling locations and specific timings from schools, towns, villages, relevant industry units, enterprises and institutions.

2. Sampling time

October 15, 2022, 18:00-23:00 pm.

3. Sampling Arrangement

Chongqing Kang Code "green code" personnel and pop-up window personnel: Please take samples at the nearest location under the guidance of the town, street, village and relevant industry authorities.

People with "yellow code" of Yukang code: Please go to the dedicated channel for yellow code personnel at the regional nucleic acid sampling point or the sampling point of the nearest hospital to take samples.

If you have a "red code" in the Yukang code or have symptoms such as fever, headache, etc.: please report to the village immediately, conduct sampling according to the village's requirements, and implement classified control measures.

4. Warm reminder

Teachers and students of Yongda Vocational College are conducting centralized sampling on campus.

If special groups of people need testing, they can contact the village staff in advance, and the village will arrange door-to-door sampling.

Under the organization of the village, please bring your ID card, foreign identity certificate and other valid identity documents or show your "Yukang Code", and go to the nearest nucleic acid sampling point in batches and time periods for sampling. Minors need to be accompanied by an adult guardian and apply for a "Yukang Code" for nucleic acid sampling.

During the sampling period, please cooperate with the staff, take personal protection, wear a mask, line up in an orderly manner, keep a distance of 1 meter, do not talk or gather, and do not stay after the sampling is completed to avoid cross-infection. .

Infants and children under 3 years old are not allowed to participate in sampling. Citizens who have received the COVID-19 vaccine within 48 hours will not participate in nucleic acid sampling. After an interval of 48 hours, they can take samples at convenient nucleic acid sampling points on their own.

For those who did not take samples during the centralized time and those who have special circumstances, please go to the convenient nucleic acid sampling point to complete two nucleic acid tests by yourself before 24:00 on October 15th and 16th. For those who fail to complete the sampling within the specified time, their Yukang code will be assigned after verification by big data comparison and screening.

It is the obligation of all residents to accept nucleic acid testing. Residents, permanent residents and outsiders are requested to actively cooperate to ensure that no one is left behind, no one is missed, and all necessary tests are carried out. For those who refuse to cooperate, do not support nucleic acid testing, disrupt order, conceal reports, lie, or falsify information, the public security organs will deal with them severely and quickly in accordance with the law, and those who constitute a crime will be held criminally responsible in accordance with the law.
