Recently, the Supreme People's Court promulgated "Several Provisions on People's Courts Accepting the Supervision of the Parties to a Case on Their own initiative", requiring courts at all levels to implement the integrity supervision card and the integrity return visit system and accept the supervision of the parties to a case on their own initiative.

The court case handling department shall send an integrity supervision card to the parties to the case when serving the relevant legal documents on case acceptance. The parties to the case can also directly go to the litigation service hall, filing hall and people's court to receive the integrity supervision card according to the needs.

The main supervision items of the integrity supervision card:

1. Engaging in malpractices for personal gain, bending the law, handling relationship cases and human cases;
