New regulations on refund fee of Shenzhen Airlines
Legal basis: China Civil Aviation Passenger and Luggage Domestic Transportation Rules.
Article 21 If the passenger cannot complete part or all of the voyage within the validity period of the ticket due to the reasons of the carrier or the passenger, he may request a refund within the validity period of the ticket. Passengers who request a refund shall handle it with the "flight coupon", "passenger coupon" or the unused part of the ticket. Refund can only be handled at the ticket office of the carrier or its sales agent at the place where the ticket is issued, the origin of the flight and the end of the trip. The fare can only be refunded to the passenger himself or the payer of the ticket.
(1) If a passenger requests a refund within 24 hours or 2 hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight, a refund fee of 10% of the passenger fare will be charged. If you ask for a refund within two hours before the scheduled departure time of the flight, you will be charged a refund fee of 20% of the passenger fare. If you ask for a refund after the scheduled departure time of the flight, it will be regarded as a missed flight. (2) Passengers holding connecting tickets or return tickets who request a refund shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph of this article. (three) disabled revolutionary servicemen who request a refund shall be exempted from the refund. (4) Passengers holding baby tickets who request a refund are exempt from the refund fee. (5) A passenger holding an indefinite ticket who requests a refund shall go through the refund formalities at the original place of purchase within the validity period of the ticket. (6) Passengers automatically terminate their travel at the stop of the flight, and the ticket price of the unused segment of the flight will not be refunded.
Article 23 When the flight is cancelled, advanced, delayed, the voyage is changed, or the carrier cannot provide the original seat, if the passenger requests a refund, the originating station shall refund all the tickets, and the stopping place shall refund all the tickets of the unused segment without charging a refund fee.
Article 24 When a passenger requests a refund due to illness, he/she needs to provide the medical unit's certificate, and all the tickets for the unused flight segment will be refunded at the stopping place, and no refund fee will be charged. If the entourage of a sick passenger requests a refund, it shall be handled in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph of this article.
