What should I do if my phone crashes while taking photos or videos?

Shutdown restart

Turn off the phone, restart it, and try taking pictures again.

Uninstall the third-party camera software.

Check whether to use third-party camera software, which may be a software compatibility problem. Please uninstall the software or download another version to try.

Clear camera data

If the camera that comes with the mobile phone crashes, it is recommended to set-(General/More)-Application Manager-All-Camera-Clear data (it is recommended to back up the data in the photo album).

Restore factory settings

If it is invalid, back up data (contacts, text messages, photos, etc. ) and try to restore the factory settings.

After-sales service center

If the problem still exists, it is recommended that you take the machine, purchase invoice and maintenance card to the local mobile phone after-sales service center for testing.
