How to change the mobile phone service password:

1. Dial 10001 for the self-service voice service. Please press 3 for the password service. Please press 2 for the mobile phone service password.

2. Send a text message to 10001 and edit the text message: MMXG# old password # new password or 502# old password # new password and send it to 10001

3. Send a text message to 10001 and edit the text message: MMCZ#ownername# to register The ID number at the time of registration or the ID number at the time of 503#owner name# to reset the password

4. You can also log in to the China Telecom Huan GO website to self-change the service password

(1) First log in to the China Telecom Online Business Hall, click Login and enter your mobile phone number. After completion, click Forgot Password as shown below:
