(a) the two-way main road and the north side auxiliary road from Sihui Bridge to Guo Mao Bridge (excluding this bridge);

(2) Guo Mao Bridge (excluding) is a two-way main and auxiliary road from Jianguomenwai Street to Jianguomenqiao (excluding under the bridge).

Vehicles can bypass Tonghuihe North Road, Chaoyang Road and Guanghua Road respectively.

16.9 18 from 23: 00 to the end of the drill, the following traffic control measures were taken:

(1) Fuxingmen Bridge (excluding this bridge) passes Fuxingmenwai Street and Fuxing Road to Xinxing Bridge. The two-way main and auxiliary roads are prohibited from passing, and all kinds of vehicles are prohibited from passing in the north and south. Partial closure measures are taken from Fuxingmen Bridge west to Zhenwu Temple North Exit East, and Muxidi Bridge west to Xinxing Bridge East. No pedestrians are allowed to pass except those who hold special certificates for drills.

Vehicles can pass through Lianhuachi East Road, Guang 'an Road, Zizhuyuan Road and Xizhimenwai Street around the West Third Ring Road respectively.

(2) A two-way main and auxiliary road from the intersection of the urban area to the north, via Taipingqiao Street and Zhaolu Road to the intersection of Ping 'an Street; From Fuxingmen Bridge to the north, through the West Second Ring Road to Guanyuan Bridge, from south to north, the main and auxiliary roads; The south exit of Sanlihe East Road is heading north, passing through Sanlihe East Road to Chegongzhuang intersection. From 0: 00 on 18.9/KLOC-0.9 to the time when the drill convoy passes, the following traffic control measures shall be taken:

(1) The East Second Ring Road is a two-way main and auxiliary road from Dongzhimen Bridge (excluding) to Chaoyangmen Bridge (excluding), and all kinds of vehicles and pedestrians are prohibited from passing. Vehicles can bypass Dongzhimen Inner Street and Chaoyangmen Inner Street from Dongzhimen Bridge and Chaoyangmen Bridge from east to west.

(2) The route from Dongsishitiao Bridge to the main and auxiliary routes passes through Workers Stadium North Road, Agricultural Exhibition Hall South Road and Chaoyang Park South Road to the north exit of Tianshuiyuan Street from west to east. No other vehicles are allowed to pass except vehicles with special certificates for drills.

19.9/kloc-0.9 from 0: 00 to the end of the drill, the following traffic control measures will be taken:

(1) At the north exit of Beijing Railway Station Street, all kinds of vehicles and pedestrians are prohibited from passing through Jianguomen Inner Street, Outer Street, Jianguo Road and Dawangqiao two-way main road and north side auxiliary road.

(2) Chaoyangmen Bridge (excluding) to Dongbianmen Bridge (excluding) on the East Second Ring Road is a two-way main and auxiliary road, and all kinds of vehicles and pedestrians are prohibited from passing. Vehicles can bypass Dongzhimen Bridge and Guangqumen Bridge from east to west.

20. 22. From 3: 30 to 8: 00 on September 19, the intersection of Qijiayuan is a two-way main road from Dongdaqiao Road and Workers' Stadium East Road to the north exit of Workers' Stadium East Road, and motor vehicles are prohibited. Social vehicles can bypass Workers Stadium West Road and Chaoyangmenwai Street.

Citizens who take the local judicial examination and accounting qualification examination should choose the detour route in advance.
