2. Arrangements for issuance of teacher qualification certificates

The teacher qualification certification work is about to end in the first half of 2021. The relevant matters for the issuance of teacher qualification certificates are now arranged as follows:

The issuance of teacher qualification certificates will be carried out according to the wishes of the applicant, by mail delivery or on-site issuance.

(1) Instructions on matters related to mail delivery

Applicants who have applied for mailing of teacher qualification certificates in the online application system will be issued teacher qualification certificates by mail.

1. According to the "Postal Law of the People's Republic of China" and "Implementing Rules of the Postal Law of the People's Republic of China", China Post will be responsible for the delivery of teacher qualification certificates in 2021.

2. For applicants who have applied for mailing in the online application system, our bureau will hand over the certificate to the postal department for mailing before issuance on site. Applicants who choose to mail their certificates can contact the China Post Department to check the progress of certificate mailing. The mailing cycle is generally 2-3 days from the date of collection at the municipal level, and 1-2 days at the county level and rural areas. The delivery will be notified by phone or text message. (1) There are many people applying for certification of teacher qualifications in our city in 2021. In order to avoid on-site congestion, teacher qualification certificates are distributed in a centralized manner by appointment. Reservations will start at 9:00 am on July 30, 2021.

(2) Applicants can use physical examination, on-site confirmation of appointment account and password to log in to our city’s certificate collection appointment system without re-registration.

(3) The specific method to make an appointment for obtaining the certificate is: search the official account "Xi'an Education Bureau" on WeChat or scan the QR code, follow the "Xi'an Education Bureau" official account, enter the official account and click "Teacher Qualifications" "-gt; "Certificate Collection Appointment", make a centralized issuance appointment.

(4) After the appointment is successful, the applicant should go to the certificate collection appointment location according to the appointment time, and collect the teacher qualification certificate with the "admission voucher" and ID card in the certificate collection reservation system.

4. Centralized issuance of relevant requirements

(1) Please bring the original ID card to receive it;

(2) Teacher qualification certificate and "Teacher Qualification Certification Application" Form" (1 copy) will be issued at the same time; please check the certificate information carefully and keep it properly, and submit the "Teacher Qualification Application Form" to the personnel file management department and store it in your own file;

3. Other matters

1. There are many people collecting certificates on site and parking space cannot be provided. Please try to take public transportation to get there;
