How to set the ringtone of "other notifications" for one plus mobile phone?

Other notification ringtones can only be used by the system itself and cannot be set to the ringtone you want. Only incoming ringtones and information ringtones can use downloaded ringtones and music, but other notifications cannot be changed. Some software notifications are often prompted, but they can't be set to vibrate or mute, which is really troublesome.
